Big NDR MV summer party 2025: Celebrate in Plau and Bad Doberan!
In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania the anticipation of the NDR MV summer party is greater than ever. On July 19, 2025, the market square in Plau am See will be transformed into a happy party mile from 5 p.m. The event promises a colorful program with live music, exciting games and lots of fun for the whole family.
How NDR reports, the moderators Stefan Kuna from NDR and Frauke Rauner from Nordmagazin will lead the evening. The musical highlight is the party band “Billy Rock” from Wismar, which, together with DJ Pascal, ensures a good atmosphere until late in the evening.
A multifaceted program
The event offers more than just music. Visitors can look forward to food and drinks on site, while Ernie and Bert from Sesame Street provide a special highlight for the little guests. The NDR magazine will also report live from the event from 7:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. An exciting game will take over the stage with the “6in49” wheel of fortune, and an NDR Dialog Bus will also be on site to inform visitors and talk to them.
A special item on the program will be the bathtub rally, which takes place shortly before the summer party. This original event not only promises show value, but is also for a good cause, as the city will collect 1,000 euros for charity through a city task.
A look at past celebrations
Looking back at the 2024 summer parties, it can be seen that the celebrations in Grabow and Ueckermünde were a complete success. In Grabow, the event attracted over 4,000 visitors and 500 kisses were distributed for a good work. In Ueckermünde, 82 participants with pink wigs caused a stir, proving once again that the summer parties have a unique character.
But that's not all: the celebrations will continue with a second summer party in Bad Doberan on September 6th, 2025 and in Ueckermünde on August 31st. Visitors can also expect a great ambience and varied entertainment here.
The NDR MV summer party in Plau am See is an excellent opportunity to celebrate together, have fun and enjoy the beautiful region.
