On Saturday evening there was a spectacular traffic accident on the A24 motorway between Hagenow and Wöbbelin, which caused damage of around 100,000 euros. Loud Police.news The incident occurred around 8:20 p.m. and involved a total of three vehicles: an Audi, a Citroën Jumper with a trailer and a VW Golf.

The Audi was in the fast lane towards Berlin and tried to overtake the Citroën. Meanwhile, the VW Golf, driven by an 18-year-old, approached from behind at excessive speed. In order to avoid a collision with the Audi, the Golf driver swerved to the right and collided with the Citroën's trailer. As a result, the trailer was pushed onto the Citroën and the trailer entered the fast lane, where it collided with the Audi.

Significant property damage and fortunately no injuries

The collision caused the Audi to be thrown into the guardrail and the occupants of the BMW, which was on the trailer, were also affected. Although the accident was serious, fortunately there were no injuries. However, as a precautionary measure, six of the eight inmates were taken to the hospital in Schwerin to ensure that there were no long-term consequences.
