Motoball under the scorching sun: Halle's talents shine despite the heat!

A hot weekend for the Motoball fans in Halle: Over 30 degrees Celsius accompanied the games of the third preliminary round tournament for the German Junior Championship, which was held in the Halle Motoball Arena. Both the young talents and the main team of the 1st MBC 70/90 Halle faced the heated challenge and showed fighting spirit, despite the oppressive temperatures that demanded everything from the players. The club would particularly like to thank the many helpers who provided for the physical well-being with breakfast, a drinks stand and a barbecue, as dubisthalle.de reports.

However, things didn't always go smoothly for the young people from Halle on the pitch. While the juniors shone with a clear 12-2 win against Tornado Kierspe, the game management was often characterized by fatigue and a lack of concentration. However, Tim Müller impressed with an impressive performance, scoring ten goals in the second game, which ended 9-8 against MBC Kierspe. Painful injuries were also part of the event: Mika Soennecken and Halle's goalkeeper Maddox Connoer Weitzmann had to leave the field injured. Florian Schmidt intervened in the final phase and took over the goal for the Halle team.

The main team is short of personnel

On Sunday the main team traveled to Malchin with only four field players and a goalkeeper available. Despite these difficult circumstances, the players showed a fighting performance. Benjamin Walther shone with six goals, while Marc Wochatz contributed four goals to the 10-3 win. Despite the strength of the team, coach Tino Schönian was satisfied with the team's performance and team spirit.

After a strenuous round of games, the next home game is already in sight: On July 26th, the Halle team will play again against MSF Tornado Kierspe when the team goes into the next round after the summer break. Those interested can find further information on the club's website, such as motoball-halle.de informs.
