The new restaurant will offer a lot of space with 330 m² area and 88 seats - 68 in the dining room and 20 on the outside terrace. The city of Stralsund and its residents can therefore not only look forward to a new supply offer, but also to weekly opening hours from Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday even until midnight, i.e. until midnight. This makes the Greifswalder Chaussee a new fast food mile, because here are branches of Burger King and McDonald’s, such as the Nordkurier reported.

The construction work for the new KFC location began at the end of last year after the building permit was granted in October 2024. IVB GmbH from Rostock is responsible for the construction project, while the architect comes from Nuremberg. The first excavators were also on site in November to lay the foundation for the upcoming fast food attraction.
