On July 26, 2025, the popular picnic concert will take place in the old cemetery next to the Löscher chapel. Here the event opens its goals at 10.30 a.m. and offers an entertaining program for young and old. The day starts with a picture book cinema on the subject of "Nohorn", followed by the song case program "Bären strong hits for kids" and a children's open-air cinema that shows the film "Bigfoot Junior". The varied highlight of the day, the concert with Mary Jane & the Baltic Sweet Jazz Orchestra, will start at 3 p.m. The top-air cinema "Der Snick" at 6 p.m. Entry is free and it is worth bringing picnic blankets, pillows or folding chairs to enjoy this special day in a relaxed atmosphere. In the event of rain, the event will be moved to the city hall (Nordkurier reports).

The picnic concert bazaar is not only a musical festival, but also a series of events that has existed since 2009 that wants to enrich the Parchim cultural life. The shoe market also becomes a party hotspot on August 8, where "Sunset Smiles" offers a colorful program with Impro comedy, magic and music. In addition, music lovers can look forward to the open-air concert of the HR symphony orchestra, which takes place on August 31, 2025 on the Frankfurt Main bank. Chief conductor Alain Altinoglu will perform several pieces, including "The Magic apprentice" and "Boléro". For everyone who has not yet had enough, the event "Open Stairs - Afterwork Electronic Beats" will be available on September 11, where the restaurants are open from 4 p.m. and music begins at 5 p.m. And on September 19, the fans can look forward to the tribute show "Saying further westernhagen" in the Parchim town hall.
