District of MSE again as a top training company!

Mecklenburgische Seenplatte, Deutschland - On July 9, 2025, the Mecklenburg Lake District district administration was awarded the title "Top training company" for the second time in a row. This honor comes from the IHK Neubrandenburg and recognizes the high quality of vocational training in the region. District Administrator Heiko Kärger was pleased with this award and emphasized the attractiveness of the district administration as a training center. He particularly thanked his committed training team, consisting of Susanne Baumann, Ms. Müller and Heike Rechlin, whose commitment contributed significantly to success. The award ceremony took place in a solemn framework, in the presence of IHK President Krister Hennige and Dr. Wolfgang Blank, the Minister of Economics, Infrastructure, Tourism and Work of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

In order to be able to apply for this renowned title, companies must have trained in very good quality in IHK professions in the past five years. The companies are assessed by an independent jury according to the criteria "Training organization in the company", "promotion of trainees", "professional orientation" as well as the topics "environmental protection, sustainability, digitized working world and professional perspectives". In addition to the district administration, other companies such as Darguner Brauerei GmbH and Elektroanlagenbau Neustrelitz GmbH can also look forward to the award.

The tender begins on December 16, 2024 and ends on February 28, 2025. In two categories, companies up to 49 employees and those of 50 employees can apply for the title. The patron of the initiative is Frank Benischke, the Vice President of the IHK Neubrandenburg for the eastern Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
