TolleneseseLauf 2025: Over 1000 registrations and great mood!

Neubrandenburg, Deutschland - On June 12, 2025, the competition in Neubrandenburg will be hot again, because the 33rd great seed on is just around the corner. Over 1000 pre -registrations have already been received for the various routes - a gratifying return to the usual number of participants after a three -year break. The lively participation among the walkers is particularly impressive: over 100 athletes have registered for the 13 -kilometer route, which marks a new record. The atmosphere is familiar and inviting, just as the motto of the run promises: "From runners - for runners".

The registration office for everyone who wants to register at short notice opens on Friday at 5 p.m. in the atrium of the sports high school. For the little ones there are even children's runs over 400 and 800 meters that take place on Friday at 5:15 p.m. in the cultural park - free of charge. On Saturday morning it really starts: At 9:15 a.m. the Sparkassenlauf starts, in which the three clubs with the strongest participants can win 500 euros each. The organizers from SV Turbine Neubrandenburg e.V., one of the largest mass sports clubs in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, have set themselves a great goal: around 2,000 participants should be this year.

The race day is imminent

The exciting opening round begins on Saturday at 9 a.m. with the marathon and the relay runners. This is followed by the half marathon at 10:10 a.m. the 10-kilometer run and finally the walkers at 10:20 a.m. Last year's winner Chris-Marvin Scheffler is still mysterious on his participation in the marathon, but his track record of 2:32:48 hours is on everyone's lips. The MV marathon champion Stefan Lange, who demonstrated his title defense with a time of 2:42:47 hours in March, will also be there. The field of participants looks less prominent in women, but Friederike Preuss will lead the team.

Another highlight of the event are the numerous volunteers who support the event. With over 300 committed volunteers, the run becomes a real community experience. The TolleSeseLauf attracts participants from all over the region and is known beyond the national borders. One more reason not to miss this event!
