Improvements for trainees
Another positive aspect of the new collective agreement concerns the trainees. From June 1, 2025, they can look forward to a monthly bonus of 75 euros. There are further increases here too: from April 1, 2026, apprentice salaries will rise by 2.5% and from September 2026, trainees will receive another 20 euros more. In addition, you are entitled to a day off before the final exam. These measures are intended to significantly improve training conditions and provide young people with an incentive to choose training in this industry.

Collective agreements in other regions
