Officers discovered narcotics, paraphernalia and prescription medications in the youth's cloth bag, which raises further questions.

The incident at Rostock Central Station highlights the challenges facing the authorities. There are repeated reports of crime and drug trafficking at train stations in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
