New arrivals and departures: Siedenbollentin starts with a fresh team!

An exciting season is beginning in the football league in Siedenbollentin! SV Siedenbollentin is getting started and has strengthened significantly. The club signed six players from TSG Neustrelitz, including well-known names such as Tom Kliefoth and goalkeeper Paul Krause. These new signings are in the starting blocks and are intended to give the team a breath of fresh air before the first league season begins on the first weekend in August. Preparation for the season will begin on July 7th, reports the Northern Courier.

The new arrivals from Neustrelitz should not be underestimated. In addition to Kliefoth and Krause, Dennis Ladwig, Oskar Fijalkowski and Tobias Teetz were also signed. These players celebrated a proper farewell at the last home game against Tennis Borussia Berlin (4:1). Coach Thomas Franke from TSG had to sheepishly admit that it was painful to lose such talent and now have to find new players. Whatever you think of the transfers, SV Siedenbollentin is looking forward to new faces on the pitch.

Squad planning continues

However, the squad planning has not yet been completed. Coach Christoph Haker would like to land two additional players with potential to become regular players. According to the statement, names have not yet been released, but negotiations are ongoing. Leon Gerth, 18 years old and from Greifswalder FC, was also added to the team.

But there are also departures to report: defender Piotr Delner will no longer be included after his contract expires on June 30th. Other players are also leaving the SVS, including Felix Schumacher, Kamil Zielinski and Nick Albrecht. So overall it means: substitutions and substitutions in the squad!

Preparations for the coming season

The anticipation of the new challenges is great. During the three-week break before preparation begins, the players receive individually tailored training plans. And they already have two opponents in the pipeline for the test matches: 1. FC Neubrandenburg is expected on July 16th, followed by a duel against Malchower SV on July 19th. A test match against SpVgg Torgelow/Ueckermünde was originally planned, which now has to be rescheduled due to the withdrawal of the association league team.

SV Siedenbollentin has not only worked on new players, but also on making their way to the top league successful. They are currently in second place in the association league with 62 points and therefore have a good chance of promotion, especially since SpVgg Torgelow-Ueckermünde does not want to be promoted as the newly crowned champions.

The coming weeks will be exciting and SV Siedenbollentin would like to inspire the fans with a few wins. So let's stay tuned and see how the preparations and squad changes take place during the hot transfer period. After all, a good hand in the football business can make the difference between success and failure!
