On October 30, 2025, it's that time again: The Ostseestadion opens its doors for the eagerly awaited home game against SC Verl. The stadium gates will open at 2:30 p.m., and the box offices on the north forecourt will also be available from this point on. There is a lot to experience on this day, so make sure you get there early!

For the first time, fans of their team can also secure tickets for the state cup game against Penzliner SV on match day during advance sales on November 15, 2025. A total of 140 tickets are available and these will be sold at the ticket containers on the north forecourt between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. - or while stocks last. Each ticket costs 15 euros and is therefore a real bargain!

Fan interaction and offers

The anticipation for the game is further fueled by numerous offers in the stadium. The stadium fan shop under the north stand is open on match day from 12:30 p.m. until 60 minutes after the end of the game. For hungry visitors, there are delicacies such as meatballs, bratwurst, beer and even hot apple strudel in the fan house, which also opens at 12:30 p.m. Sounds like excellent food for the upcoming 90 minutes!

A special program is offered for the little fans on the north forecourt and the west promenade. Here the Hansa kids can do crafts, paint and have their make-up done. There will also be an autograph session with a Hansa professional between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., and the mascot “Kalle” will also be there to inspire the children.

To promote sustainability, a deposit cup system will also be introduced. Visitors pay a deposit of 2.00 euros when purchasing a drink, which is refunded upon return. The return points will also be expanded on the promenade during the second half, and there will be the opportunity to donate the deposit to Hansa Foundation projects. This shows that the commitment goes beyond the football experience!

Digital networking for a better fan experience

Nowadays, digital networking is an increasingly important part of the stadium experience. Through innovative approaches, FC Hansa Rostock wants to offer its fans a personalized experience that goes beyond the stadium experience. Omni-channel communication is the key. Fans can look forward to interactive experiences such as polls and competitions that take place during the game. After the final whistle there are even vouchers for the fan shop, which makes the experience even more attractive.

Studies have shown that 70% of fans are more likely to return when they are actively engaged. This impressively shows how much stadium engagement not only promotes fan loyalty, but also increases sales. According to a McKinsey report, companies with a multi-channel customer approach have a 30% higher customer retention rate - a trend that FC Hansa Rostock is also following.

Overall, the matchday against SC Verl will be an exciting experience for everyone involved, both on and off the pitch. Don't miss this opportunity!
