Wolgaster Harbor Days: Fireworks & party on the Baltic Sea beach!

This year it's time to cast off again! and “Ahoy!” for the 56th Wolgaster Harbor Days, which will take place on the picturesque Peenestrom from July 4th to 6th, 2025. This traditional event not only attracts locals but also numerous tourists who can look forward to a colorful program. The best part? Entry is free! Loud SVZ Around 30,000 visitors are expected who want to enjoy beach comfort and a maritime atmosphere.

Let's start on Friday, July 4th, at 7:30 p.m. with a warm reception and DJ Jörg Scheffler, followed by the official opening by Mayor Martin Schroeter at 8:15 p.m. in the festival tent. Afterwards, the band TRIPOD will take the stage, while DJ Danilo Köpke and the duo Memory will provide musical entertainment at the harbor. The atmosphere is expected to last until late into the night, as the festival tent doesn't close until 2 a.m.

A weekend full of fun

Saturday has a special highlight in store: the exciting dragon boat race begins at 10 a.m. The entire day offers a rich program in the marquee as well as the harbor party from 7:30 p.m., where DJ Alex Schwartz and the Billy Rock Band ensure a great atmosphere. And no one should miss the fireworks display that lights up the night sky at 10:45 p.m., accompanied by a fantastic harbor party. Children can look forward to Clown Maxx and the musical interludes of the break singers, while the sea rescue exercise provides exciting insights into the work of the rescue workers.

The crowning conclusion of the harbor days is Sunday, when, among others, the 1st Pomeranian Wind Orchestra Wolgast provides celebratory sounds. Another highlight is the “Wolgaster Hafensause”, which is celebrated at 2 p.m. in the festival tent with the popular Linda Feller. The baptism of Neptune on the harbor mile will also attract numerous spectators.

A visit to the harbor days is not only worthwhile for music and dance fans. There is a wide range of offers for all families: from boat trips to an open ship on the racing cutter Nobile to numerous carousels and dealer stalls. The culinary stands promise culinary delights for every taste. And the fun isn't neglected either - a clown ensures happy faces among the little ones!

It is important to know that bringing animals into the port area is not permitted. There will also be traffic restrictions in the festival area during the event, so perhaps plan your arrival a little earlier.
