Building director Dietmar Schmidt announced that the attractive areas at the entrance to Drönnewitz, opposite the houses of Drönnewitz, will be created. The new building plots come on an agricultural parcel with a total area of around 17,000 square meters. These are divided into plots between 1,200 and 1,800 square meters. However, the interested parties should hurry - five informal applications for purchase have already been received by the city administration, and the demand seems to be high.

With costs of around 160,000 euros, the earnings budget remains unaffected, and the income is investing, which means that they may only be used for specific investment measures. The sales price is 40 euros per square meter, which corresponds approximately to the average landing value in Drönnewitz of around 37.91 euros for developed land, as it was explained by Miet-aktuell.de.

For larger properties that measure over 1,000 square meters, there is a discount of 50 percent of the land value for areas that are more than 40 meters deep. This regulation is attractive for both buyers and a way to further differentiate the offer.
